WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THIS BLEND?

This massage oil blend is made up of almond, avocado, and coconut oil. Almond oil has a sweet, nutty aroma that can be helpful in reducing stress and anxiety. Its sweet scent helps to relax the mind and body. It is an excellent substitute for mineral oil when you want to soothe dry skin or brittle hair.

Avocado oil is rich in vitamins and minerals, including vitamin E and potassium. It's also a great moisturizer that helps keep skin soft and supple. Avocado oil massage helps improve circulation by stimulating blood flow to the muscles, improves skin health by removing impurities from the surface of the skin, and helps calm inflammation.
